And I also doubt that it will happen, unless Iowa starts winning again and Wisconsin doesn’t lose any games coming up.
Go here and pull down the years you want to look up and the rankings will come out.

It’s pretty cool, they show you a bunch of information on all the teams since they started playing football.
in 2004 is the only time i can remember….Wisconsin, Purdue, and Michigan where up there, Ohio St was 11th and iowa was something in the late 10’s
