<p>Location</p>
<p>Since you’re a busy person, you want to make the most of the time you have available. And spending a lot of time driving just to find a 10 minute oil change center isn’t going to make your life any easier. So you want a place that can be gotten to quickly so you can have your car serviced and be on your way. In most cases, a ten to fifteen minute drive is ideal if you want to get in and get out so you can take care of other matters.</p>
<p>Just as important as how long it takes to get to the 10 minute oil change service center is how easy it is to get in and out. Trying to cross 3 lanes of heavy traffic will probably take more time than it will to get your oil changed. And when time is precious, the last thing you want is to be stuck in the middle of the road for fifteen minutes just trying to make a left.</p>
<p>Convenience</p>
<p>Believe it or not there are still some places that require you to get out of your car and wait for your 10 minute oil change service to be done. And while these places sometimes offer 10 minute oil changes, it’s really a hassle for consumers, especially when they’re pressed for time.</p>
<p>Busy people like you should look for a place that allows you to drive in, sit in your car and drive right out as soon as the work is finished. There really isn’t much of a reason to leave your car for a 10 minute oil change unless you’re having other things done to it that’ll take more than 10 minutes to complete.</p>
<p>Services Provided</p>
<p>10 minute oil change centers usually offer a variety of service packages. All will change your oil, but many will check and top off your car’s fluids, check your air filter, check tire pressure, check wiper blades and even lubricate vital parts.</p>
<p>You should look for a place that will give your car a thorough inspection in addition to changing your oil. It generally doesn’t take up any more time and will give you the comfort of knowing that your vehicle is as safe as can be when you drive away. While you may not always need those extras, it’s nice to know they’re available and that most problems can be fixed while you wait.</p>
<p>Price</p>
<p>The sheer number of 10 minute oil change facilities to choose from is good for you because competition helps to keep prices down. Still, you want to find a place that’s not going to gouge you for basic service. In my area the standard price for a basic 10 minute oil change is around $20, which is a fair price for the convenience, time savings and not having to get under the car myself. From that base price you can usually opt for additional services and checks to be performed on your vehicle.</p>
<p>Oil Types</p>
<p>Valvoline, Castrol, Pennzoil, Lucas, 10W30, 10W40 – it’s all Greek to me, but it may mean something for your particular vehicle. Today, cars and trucks are advanced machines and some demand certain types of oil.</p>
<p>While most 10 minute oil change places offer a primary brand of oil, many stock competing brands for those that have a preference or a special need. Just be careful because, in many instances, if you opt for a brand that’s something other than the primary one offered by the service center, you’ll pay extra.</p>
<p>So if you have a preference of Castrol over Valvoline, then find a place that offers that as their brand of choice.</p>
<p>Time</p>
<p>I know that a 10 minute oil change should mean exactly that, but if you get additional services that some centers provide you’ll probably end up being a little longer than ten minutes. How much longer is acceptable is a matter of preference, but ideally you should be in and out within 15 minutes, if you get the full service. For basic oil change service 10 minutes should be the norm.</p>
<p>Still you don’t want to feel as if you’re being rushed through like cattle. A 10 minute oil change is fast, but if the company goes over because they’re being thorough, then that’s better for you and your car.</p>
<p>People</p>
<p>It seems like finding good customer service these days is like finding the Holy Grail. If you can find a 10 minute oil change place that offers quick service AND has a friendly, knowledgeable staff, then you’ve hit the jackpot.</p>
<p>A good staff who knows what they’re doing is important because they not only treat you like a person as opposed to a fistful of dollars, but they can also alert you to problems you might not have known about – like a leaking radiator – until it was too late.</p>

Here&#8217;s some ways you can lose 10 pounds:<br />
Tip #1: Diet<br />
This is the most obvious starting point, yet one that is commonly overlooked. Most people, when they&#8217;re trying to lose 10 pounds, think of things like cutting out junk food and avoiding snacks. While this is no doubt important, it is not necessary to starve yourself if you&#8217;re looking to lose 10 pounds.<br />
The most important things to consider in terms of your diet are balance and proportion. If you want to lose 10 pounds for good, you&#8217;re going to have to think in terms of your overall eating habits. By changing your eating habits permanently for the better, the weight you lose will stay lost.<br />
Your daily intake of food should include a well balanced proportion of protein, carbohydrates, and vegetables. Variety is the key to this. Ask yourself: can you name more than 3 vegetables that you eat regularly and enjoy? Or more generally: how many different &#8220;meals&#8221; do you make for yourself during an average week? Most people in answering these questions will realize that there&#8217;s not as much variety to their diet as they may of thought.<br />
When trying to lose 10 pounds, you also have to try to be in tune with your body as much as possible. You probably don&#8217;t realize, unless you think about it, how little you adhere to your body&#8217;s needs. Most people eat roughly the same amount at the same time every day. While this is convenient, it doesn&#8217;t necessarily sync up with what you need. Ask yourself: are you always hungry when you eat? Do you stop eating when you&#8217;re full, or do you eat all of whatever you&#8217;ve made?<br />
These simple changes in dietary habits can work wonders, and render you goal of losing 10 pounds less daunting than it probably seems.<br />
Tip #2: Exercise<br />
This is another fundamental step in losing weight. You&#8217;re not going to be able to easily lose 10 pounds though dietary habits alone. Exercise must become a part of your lifestyle.<br />
The problem many people face is that they feel they don&#8217;t have the time for exercise. Granted, not everyone may have time to get to the gym every day, but there are many things you can do at home: besides sit-ups and other equipment-free exercise, equipment like a treadmill, Stairmaster, or exercise-bike can allow you to lose weight without a gym membership.<br />
In terms of the time involved in trying to lose 10 pounds, many of you may be saying that you barely have enough time in the day as it is, let alone adding exercise to the mix. If you have an exercise-bike, treadmill, or other similar equipment however, your exercise routine can easily be combined with other activities you enjoy and make time for, like watching television or listening to music. In this way you&#8217;ll find exercising doesn&#8217;t require that you make time as much is it requires you change your way of doing activities you already do.<br />
Tip #3: Lifestyle<br />
Now you not only want to lose 10 pounds, you want those 10 pounds to stay lost, right? A way to ensure success with keeping that weight off is to make some lifestyle changes.<br />
Everyone becomes accustomed to their routines, and it&#8217;s difficult to force changes on those routines. One of the reasons many people fail with a task like losing 10 pounds is that it seems to require too much discipline and work. While a certain amount of stick-to-itiveness is no doubt necessary, you&#8217;ll find it much easier to lose weight if you incorporate changes into your lifestyle. A diet and exercise routine is almost certain to fail if it conflicts with your daily routines.<br />
For example, if you live a reasonable distance from work, try biking instead of driving. What you&#8217;re doing here is incorporating exercise in to your normal routine: work is something you go to every day anyway &#8211;all you&#8217;re doing is changing the way you get there. Changing the way you do something that you already do is far more convenient than starting something new, and biking to work is much easier to incorporate into your lifestyle then going to the gym every day.<br />
The same principle can be applied to your eating habits. Do you pack a lunch for work or eat out? If you eat out, chances are you&#8217;re going to be eating something less healthy than you would make for yourself, and probably a larger portion as well. By getting up a little earlier each morning and preparing your own lunch, you&#8217;re not only saving money, but your incorporating a healthy eating choice in your routine. This is much easier to do then having a list in your head and constantly reminding yourself of what you can and can&#8217;t eat.<br />
Not only are lifestyle changes easier to enforce than hard and fast diet rules, they&#8217;re also more permanent. Simply look at your daily routine for places where you could incorporate a bit of exercise: take the stairs instead of the elevator; walk instead of taking the bus. These changes will not only make you lose weight, but you&#8217;ll feel healthier and better without having to constantly chastise yourself for breaking dieting &#8220;rules.&#8221;<br />
Tip #4: Planning<br />
If you want to lose 10 pounds, it&#8217;s imperative that you have a plan. The chances of you being successful are very unlikely if you collect an odd batch of advice here and there and implement it sporadically. First, think of a realistic timeframe in which you want to lose 10 pounds. When you&#8217;re doing this, keep in mind how much time you&#8217;re willing to devote it, and how much you&#8217;re willing to affect your daily routine: it&#8217;s going to take more work to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks than it is to lose 10 pounds in a month, for example.<br />
Although healthy weight loss requires a balanced solution, when planning, pick which aspects of weight loss you&#8217;d like to focus on more: do you want to devote more time to exercise, and have more flexibility with your diet, or vice versa? When coming up with a weight loss plan, be realistic and think about how much time and effort you&#8217;re willing to commit.<br />
Making a weight loss plan is important because it gives you goals and something to stick to. Make your plan specific: don&#8217;t say &#8220;I&#8217;m going to exercise this week,&#8221; say &#8220;I&#8217;m going to exercise every day for 30 minutes when I get home from work.&#8221; Try to come up with goals and expectations for yourself every day, so you can benefit from a regular sense of achievement.<br />
The basic outline of your plan should incorporate both diet and exercise. A good way to start is to research a few healthy meals and plan to make them in your first week. This is more enjoyable than simply making a list of things you can&#8217;t eat: you&#8217;ll learn how to cook new things, and you&#8217;ll have the satisfaction of preparing an enjoyable meal. The same goes for exercise: come up with some activities for the week. These don&#8217;t have to be boring, work-type, exercise activities. Think of things like playing a sport, or taking a hike.<br />
Tip #5: Sticking to Your Plan<br />
It is crucial, of course, to keep your goal in mind - losing 10 pounds - and to realize that it&#8217;s not going to happen if you don&#8217;t stick to your plan. The two vital components to sticking to your plan are to make your plan specific and realistic, and to come up with a reward system.<br />
As much as possible, have your plan include a specific thing each and every day. For example, come up with a specific meal you&#8217;re going to cook, and a specific activity for every day of the week. Not only does this give you more direction, but allows for an achievable goal every day.<br />
Once you&#8217;ve come up with your specific daily goals towards losing 10 pounds, think of some rewards. Keep in mind of course, that your rewards should not include unhealthy eating or activities. Tell yourself, for example, that if you meet all your goals for a given week you&#8217;re going to go a movie or attend an event you&#8217;ve been wanting to see.<br />
This sticking to your plan and rewarding yourself element is often overlooked in weight loss attempts, and is why many fail. The reason has to do with the cycle of self-esteem. If you&#8217;ve made the decision that you want to lose 10 pounds, it&#8217;s likely that you don&#8217;t feel as good about yourself as you could. If you fail to meet your goals and to reward yourself, this self-doubt will increase and it will be tempting to scrap the entire weight loss attempt.<br />

<p>Right now all the talk in PC gaming is DirectX 10 Graphics. New hardware and new DX10 games have everyone buzzing about a new era in PC gaming. But is all the celebration a little bit premature?</p>
<p>Yes and No!</p>
<p>As with any new technology there is a lag time before everything catches up, before the new technology is truly integrated into the old, in this case gaming systems. The big question on everyone&#8217;s mind, (especially gamers) how long will we have to wait before DX10 graphics delivers the goods?</p>
<p>In other words, how long is the lag time before performance (what you see in your games) catches up with the technology DX10 Graphics will ultimately deliver?</p>
<p>For the ordinary consumer who is not a techie or even a dedicated gamer all this fuss about X10 Graphics can be downright confusing to say the least. Getting a handle on even the simplest terminology can be a challenge.</p>
<p>First,  you have to understand DirectX is a Microsoft Windows technology that lets you have higher performance in sound and graphics when playing games and/or watching videos on your computer. In the past we have had different versions of DirectX&#8230; DirectX 8, DirectX 9, and with the introduction of Windows Vista we have DirectX 10.</p>
<p>DX10 Graphics gives us better performance and better looking PC graphics with clearer, higher resolution images with more shading and details. It simply means better overall picture quality and performance; a forward step to true realism in gaming.</p>
<p>At the heart of DirectX are APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) which can be oversimplified as a bridge or way for the hardware and the software to &#8220;talk&#8221; to each other. These give you multimedia applications such as (3-D) graphics acceleration, sound mixing, sound output and other functions.</p>
<p>We are now seeing higher performing DirectX 10 Graphics GPUs from top makers such as NVIDIA with their 8800 series, including the NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTX and GeForce 8800 GTS. These GPUs (Graphics Processing Units) will give you better gaming with greater image quality and performance. HD DVD and Blu-ray video playback is even possible.</p>
<p>Top gaming manufacturers like Rockdirect in the UK are now all carrying DX 10 Graphics in their gaming machines. You will also find many of the major gaming specialists such as Alienware, Vigor, and Sager sporting DX 10 graphics.</p>
<p>Present or upcoming games that will have DirectX 10 support include Crysis, Shadowrun, World in Conflict, and Company of Heroes.</p>

The 10 A.M. rule is a great example of this concept, and is an example that protects your capital. Let`s say you want to buy a forex stock, for whatever reason; a trend play, or a market rally that you think a currently hot sector will participate in. You know that a great time to buy would be on a gap down, but the market is in rally mode and instead of gapping down, the forex stock gaps up. But buying the gap up is a bad trade. Now what do you do?<br />
You use the 10 A.M. rule, and wait until after 10 A.M. for the right forex stock investing time to buy the stock. If the forex stock makes a new high for the day after 10 A.M., then, and only then, should you trade the stock. Of course, you will use stops to protect yourself, like you would on any trade.<br />
Anyone who`s followed the market knows that a forex stock will often gap up early in the morning, only to suddenly sell off and reverse into negative territory. By following the 10 A.M. rule, you avoid the risk of this sudden reversal. If the forex stock does make it to a new high after 10 A.M., there is still trader interest in the forex stock, and it stands a good chance of gaining momentum and heading even higher.<br />
Here is an example of the 10 A.M. rule on a gap up: A forex stock closes the day at $145. After hours, the company announces a two for one forex stock split. The next morning the forex stocks gaps up to open at $161. It trades as high as $166 before 10 A.M. For two hours after 10 A.M. it trades lower and doesn`t reach $166. At 2 P.M., it hits $166.50. The forex stock is now safe to buy, using the 10 A.M. rule.<br />
Using a version of the 10 A.M. rule, you could watch for a hot sector to appear in the morning and follow the forex stocks in the sector that are up for the day. If the forex stocks are still making new highs at midday, they stand a good chance of finishing the day near their ultimate highs for the day, and could be good trading opportunities. This also applies in a down market and to stocks in forex that gap down, opening at prices lower than where they closed the previous day. In this situation, you should not short a forex stock that has gapped down unless and until it makes a new low for the day after 10 A.M.<br />
Using the 10 A.M. rule ensures that you will never end up chasing and buying a forex stock when your chances of making a profitable trade are low. Remember, trading is all about probabilities. The more forex stock investing trades you make with a high probability of success, the more successful you will be. The 10 A.M. rule is a valuable addition to your trading plan, giving you a straightforward way to avoid making costly mistakes and to increase your number of profitable stock investing trades in forex.<br/><a href='http://www.toptenz.net'>Bizarre top ten lists</a></div>

The Japanese employ Co Q-10 supplementation, along with or to replace prescription drugs, in treating congestive heart failure, chest pain, shortness of breath and even leg cramps.  It also helps sustain endurance in people who do not do regular exercise. Endurance in seasoned athletes is usually improved with consistent supplementation. The best Co Q-10 nutritional supplements are from those compounds extracted from species of rice by the Asian populations.<br />

People with heart problems have significantly lower levels of Co Q-10 than those with normal heart function.  In one study 64 people with congestive heart failure were randomized to receive a Co Q-10 supplement (2mg per week kg body weight per day) or a placebo plus standard treatment. People who took the Co Q-10 supplement had a significant resolution in symptom severity and fewer hospitalizations.<br />

In another study, 32 patients with end stage heart failure awaiting heart transplantation received either 60mg. of Co Q-10 supplement or placebo for 3 months. Patients who took the Co Q-10 supplement experienced a significant improvement in functional status, clinical symptoms, and quality of life.  Those using the placebo had no measureable benefit whatsoever.  Another benefit of Co Q-10 supplementation is that it is a very powerful antioxidant and all of its properties affect the positive balance of sustaining oxygen in the cell walls of the human body. These benefits have consummate positive solutions as a part of anti-aging medicine such as efficient nutrient transport across the cell wall.  It also is another compound necessary to drive energy production inside the cell.  The has been shown critical to heart patients who are using statin drugs in their treatment.  Statin drugs have the tendency to minimize Co Q-10 production.  Driving energy production in the cell itself, especially the heart cells in a heart patient, is an all important matter.<br />
